宝塔突然出现Internal Server Error

宝塔面板登陆服务器后台了，登录面板后，跳转出现了下面的错误 Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application. 通过SSH可以进入面板，并且网站的所有服务器也是运行正常的。 服务器上执行下 
 /etc/init.d/bt   default
面板服务正常。 然后命令行输入了升级宝塔的命令后正常了,重新打开宝塔可以进入宝塔后台了 
bt 16
服务器上执行下   /etc/init.d/bt   default   看下面板服务是否正常。 The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
